Our bodies tell stories. Sometimes we listen, many times we don’t.

Through touch, movement and voicing, the Zinger Method allows us to deeply connect to our body, acknowledge its stories, harness its powers and write or rewrite new ones.

A typical hour long session includes a series of gentle exercises, the use of acupressure points and voicing. No previous experience required.

Sessions are available in-person or remotely.
